A smile must mean

something more

than polite

cordialities.

The orchidaceous

fight to get noticed while

the loved are seen

as the lovable ones.

Will they even notice

if we save our battles

inside

of stories?

Being able to admire

the desirable

without being

attracted

to having feelings

linger

into a limerence,

takes courage.
